摘要 目的探讨ki-67基因在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及与其发生、发展之间的关系。方法对64例上皮性卵巢癌及40例上皮性良性肿瘤应用免疫组化方法检测ki-67基因的表达。结果在上皮性卵巢癌组织中ki-67阳性率明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织。ki-67在病理分化差的G3组阳性率明显高于分化较好的G1;G2组;在临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组ki-67基因阳性率明显高于临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组。ki-67的阳性率与年龄、组织类型均无关。在上皮性卵巢癌中,患者的生存时间与ki-67基因阳性率是负相关。ki-67基因阳性率与上皮性卵巢癌的病理分化,临床分期和生存时间有关。结论ki-67基因在上皮性卵巢癌呈高表达。 Objecfive To investigate the enpression of ki - 67 in ovarian epitelial carcinoma and their relationship with dinicopathologic foctors and prognosis.Methods The expression of ki - 67 in 64 cases of ovarian epithelial cancer,40 begin tumors were determined by pv - 6000 immunohistochemical method. Results The positve rate of ki - 67 in the ovarian cancer tissue was higher than in begin ovarian tissues. The expression level of ki - 67 in stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ group was higher than of stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ group; in poorly differentiated cancer (G3) was higher than well dfferentiated (G1 - G2), Zn the ovarian cancer, the expression of ki - 67 was associated with survival rate. Conclusion The expression level of ki - 67 was associated with dfferentiation, dinic stage and survial.
