固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅和镉吸附的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以固定化细菌胞壁多糖为研究对象,系统地研究了固定化细菌胞壁多糖对重金属铅和镉离子的最佳吸附条件。比较了固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅和镉离子的吸附能力,以及初步探讨了其对重金属铅和镉的吸附机理。结果表明:固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅和镉离子的最佳吸附条件均是:吸附平衡时间为2h,pH6.0,吸附温度为20℃,离子强度为1μmol/L。固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅离子的吸附能力大于对镉的吸附能力;并且,共存离子的存在均影响固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅和镉离子的吸附。Langmuir和Frendlich方程均适合描述固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅和镉离子吸附的热力学过程。Elovich和Temkin方程均可以较好的描述固定化细菌胞壁多糖对铅离子和镉离子的吸附过程。 By concerned with immobilized cell wall polysaccharides, the best adsorption condition of plumbum and cadmium by immobilized cell wall polysaccharides were systemly studied, at the sane time, its adsorption ability was compared and the mechanism of adsorption was also discussed. The experimental results indicated that: the best adsorption condition is that adsorption balance time is 2 hour, pH is 6.0, adsorption temperature is 20℃, ions concentration is 1 μmol/L. The adsorption ability of plumbum was bigger than cadmium, Besides, the adsorption was influenced by existence of coexisting ions. The thermodynamic study indicates that both Langmuir and Frendlich equation can describe the equilibrium of immobilized cell wall polysaccharides thermodynamic adsorption to Pb^2+ and Cd^2+. The dynamic experiment indicates that both Elovich and Temkin model can describe the procedure of immobilized bacteria dynamic adsorption to Pb^2+ and Cd^2+.
