摘要
本文应用自抗扰控制理论在电力系统分析综合程序/用户程序接口(PSASP/UPI)平台上为可控串补装置设计了一种新型控制器。这种控制器能自动检测系统的模型和外扰的实时作用并予以补偿,采用当地信号实现控制,结构简单;PSASP/UPI平台应用方便、灵活,为这种控制器的设计提供了有力的工具。仿真结果表明:这种控制器不但能快速调节容抗、增加系统阻尼、改善系统稳定特性,并且有较强的适应性、鲁律性,不依赖被控系统的数学模型。
In this paper, a new kind of controller forThyristor Controlled Series Capacitor (TCSC) based on thetheory of the auto - disturbances rejection control and theplatform of Power System Analysis Software Package/UserProgram Interface (PSASP/UPI)is presented. The controllercan detect automatically the real time effect of the distur-bances from inside and outside of the system and compensateit. Using the local signal to realizeits control, the structure ofthe controller is very simple. The convenient and flexiblePSASP/UPI platform is an effective tool for the design of thiscontroller. The results from computer simulation demonstratethat the controller is independent on the mathematical expres-sion of the controlled system,it not only can regu1ate immedi-ately the impedance of the transmission line, increase thedamping of the Power system,improve the stability, but alsohas good adaptability and robustness.
