遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌综合征相关性子宫内膜癌的研究进展
摘要
子宫内膜癌（EC）是妇科常见恶性肿瘤，占生殖道肿瘤的25％～30％，严重危害妇女健康，一般认为EC是雌激素依赖性肿瘤，其发生、发展与长期雌激素刺激而无孕激素对抗有关，但目前有关遗传因素在EC发病中的作用越来越受到重视。EC是遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌综合征（hereditary nonpolyposis coloreetal carcinoma，HNPCC）最常见的肠外表现，
