摘要
为了在视觉检测中实现对数据的高速采集与传输,本文提出了一种基于CMOS数字图像传感器,FPGA,DSP和以太网接口芯片的实时视觉检测方案。系统主要利用高性能FPGA芯片作为硬件平台。介绍了系统硬件电路和FPGA软件程序的设计方案和工作流程。在实验室环境下进行检测试验,系统工作正常。
This article focuses on a real-time visual inspection project based on the CMOS Digital Image Sensor, FPGA, DSP and Ethernet Chip, which is used to realize the acquisition and transmission of data at high speed. The system makes use of high performance FPGA chip as the hardware platform. This article introduces the design and work process of the hardware and software. The inspection system works normally when it is tested in the laboratory environment.
