摘要
本文介绍了基于HART协议的二线制智能电气阀门定位器的硬件系统和软件设计,重点介绍了系统的参数自整定。通过采用分段线性化的方法对参数自整定过程进行了改进,使系统能够自动辨识优化控制所需的参数,如最小化定位增量、气体泄漏量等,提高了控制阀定位速度和精度。结合HART2015模块,可选择地实现组态、调试、诊断和数据管理等功能。
This paper presents a two-wire electropneumatic valve positioner based on the HART protocol and the hardware and software. It emphasize the parameter setting of the system. Through the improvement of the auto- correcting process parameters using piece-wise linearization, the system can identify the parameter automatically which is used to realize the optimum control, such as minimum locating increment, gas leakage rate ,and improve the locating speed and precision of the value. Combined the HART2015, the value can come true the function of configuration, debugging, diagnosis and data management electively.
