摘要
在大量试验的基础上,在双U紧凑型荧光灯管的涂粉工艺中采用无机粘结剂——纳米胶,取代传统涂粉工艺中的有机粘结剂(硝化棉),用水溶剂(去离子水或蒸馏水)代替醋酸丁酯溶剂,免去了高温烤管工艺,得到了粘着强度牢固、涂层厚度适宜、外观洁白的紧凑型荧光灯。对光效、光衰等参数与同等工艺同功率的传统节能灯进行了有意义的比较,说明了纳米胶在紧凑型荧光灯上应用的可行性,同时对存在的问题进行了科学地分析。
Based a vast amount of upon tests,we use an inorganic viscose——Nami viscose in the smearing powder techology for the compact fluorescent lamp tube to replace the organic viscose,such as nitrocotton in the traditional smearing techology.Distilled water is used instead of acetic acid ester as the solvent,without the baking tube techology,by high temperature and thus a compact fluorescent lamp is oblained, with strong cohesion,good coating thickness and white appearance.
