摘要
文章综述了罗红霉素治疗呼吸道感染、泌尿生殖感染、五官感染等方面的临床应用,同时归类综述了罗红霉素的不良反应发生情况,重点分析了过敏反应、头痛等不良反应。随着罗红霉素的广泛应用,其不良反应发生情况呈现多样化,需要引起广大医师的重视,临床应用时应全面观察患者反映,确保用药安全。
This paper summarizes clinical application of the roxithromycin treatment of respiratory tract infections, genitourinary infections, facial infection, the classification of roxithromycin the occurrence of adverse reactions, focusing on allergic reactions, headaches and other adverse reactions.
