摘要
酵母菌在发酵工业中有着广泛的应用。本文着重阐述了酵母菌发酵的传统产品以及近年来国内外开发利用酵母菌发酵生产的新型产品。
Yeast is very important to fermentation industries. This paper deals with the traditional yeast fermentation products and the latest development of yeast in fermentation industrids at home and aboard.
