摘要
随着改革开放的深入,民营企业在我国国民经济中占据了越来越重要的地位。但是,由于受旧体制和观念的限制,在现时经济生活中,民营经济还是受到了这样或者那样的不平等待遇,其合法权益也受到侵犯。主要表现在市场主体地位不平等,很难实现公平竞争;发展民营经济的环境不够宽松;民营企业和职工的合法权益得不到保护等。保护民营企业合法权益的措施为加强立法保护;加强司法保护;放宽民营企业的市场加大改革挟持力度。
With the openning and reform, the private enterprise occupied more and more important position in our country national economy. But, because of the old system and the restrict of the ideas, at present economy live, private economy still was subjected to thus or so of inequality treatment, its legal rights also subjected to the invasion.The main performance can hardly carry out the fair competition in the market corpus position inequality; developing the environment of the private economy not enough loosen; private economy and the officers and workers＇ legal rights can not get the protection etc..Protect the private enterprise measure of the legal rights for strengthen the lawmaking protection; strengthen the judicial protection; the market enlargement reform that loosens the private enterprise holds the strength.
