体外冲击波治疗跟痛症的施治部位选择 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨体外冲击波治疗跟痛症的治疗部位选择。方法36例跟痛症患者随机分为治疗组17例和对照组19例。分别用体外冲击波冲击足跟内、外侧压痛点和足底部,观察其临床治疗效果。结果体外冲击波治疗跟痛症,治疗组选择足跟部内外两侧压痛点进行冲击波治疗,冲击波治疗后治疗组的VAS显著小于对照组(p<0·01),治愈率(76·47%)明显高于对照组(42·11%)(p<0·01)。结论体外冲击波治疗跟痛症时应根据足跟部内外两侧压痛点选择治疗部位。 Objective To observe the choice of position receiving extracorporeal shock wave therapy ( ESWT) for heel pain. Method 36 patients were divided into 2 groups, 17 cases in treatment group who accepted ESWT on pain trigger points of sides of heel, 19 cases in control group who accepted ESWT on pain heel thenar, and the effect was assessed by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) before and after treatment . Result The VAS in treatment group was significantly smaller than that in control group after ESWT on managing heel pain (p 〈 0. 01 ). The cure rate (76.47%) in treatment group was obviously bigger than that in control group (42. 11% ) (p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The treatment points should been chosen in the pain trigger points of sides of heel with ESWT on managing heel pain.
