摘要
对某铁尾矿物料性质进行了分析,探索了回收该尾矿中铁精矿的方法,并选择不同絮凝剂、磁介质进行了试验,结果表明絮凝浓缩-强磁选法能够回收尾矿中-38μm粒级的铁矿,能获得铁品位为54.32%的铁精矿,产率为18.81%,回收率为25.38%的铁精矿。
Through the research on mineralogical properties of iron tailings, several methods for recovering iron from this tailings were proposed. Laboratory experiments were performed by using different flocculants and magnetic media. The results indicated that the technological flowsheet consisting of flocculation concentration and high-intensity magnetic separation could effectively recover iron of - 38 μm from the tailings, obtaining iron concentrate with grade of 54.32%, yield of 18.81% and recovery of 25.38%.
