摘要
根据乳化炸药乳化器安全监测与智能控制的现状及存在的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的炸药乳化器在线监测与智能控制系统。介绍了基于PLC的炸药乳化器在线监测与智能控制系统的工作原理及实现方式。应用实例表明该系统运行可靠,稳定性高,抗干扰能力强,易于对老的乳化炸药生产线进行升级改造,具有广阔的应用前景。
In view of the present situation and existing problem of safety monitoring and intelligent control for emulsifier of explosive, a PLC-based on-line safety monitoring and intelligent-control system was designed. The working principle and running method of such system were introduced. Practice shows that such system is characterized with reliable operation, high stability and high ability of anti-jamming. Since it＇s easy for those old emulsified explosive production line to be upgraded with such system, it will have a wide prospect in application.
