摘要
目的：观察Twinblock矫治器矫治替牙期安氏Ⅱ类借[牙合]的效果。方法：在临床随机选择18名安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]病例，年龄8.5～10岁平均9.8岁，男6例，女12例，全部病例用Twinbloek矫治器进行矫治，以X线头影测量分析法评价疗效。结果：Twinblock矫治器可促进下颌生长。结论：Twinblock矫治器可产生明显的生长改良效果。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of of twin block appliance in the early treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion. Method： 18 cases with class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with Twinblock appliance, age ： 8. 5 to 10, average 9.8 , male 6 cases, Female 12 cases. Cephalometric analysis was used to evaluate the effects for all of them. Result： The twin block appliance could stimulate the growth of mandible and lead to retrocline of the upper incisors and procline of the lower incisors. Conclusion： The twin block appliance can achieve remarkable effects of modification of dentognathic system.
