摘要
目的探讨中药莪术中微量元素的含量。方法应用等离子体发谢光谱法测定了莪术中Mo、Zn、Mn、Mg、Fe、Co、Cr、Cu、V、P、Ca、Ge、Ni13种微量元素。结果莪术中Zn、Mn、Mg、Fe、P、Ca含量较高;Cr、Ni、Cu、Ge次之;Mo、Co、V含量为最低。结论上述微量元素的存在是莪术的特性,也与莪术临床治疗作用有一定的相关性。
Objective To assess the content of trace elments in curcuma Kwangsiensis S. G.Lee et C.F.Liang.Mothods the contents of thirteen trace elements, Mo.Zn.Mn.Mg.Fe.Co.Cr.Cu.V.P.Ca.Ge.Ni were determined by plasma-atomic emission spectromatry.Results the contents of Zn.Mg.Fe.P.Ca Were the highest;Cr.Ni.Cu.Ge were high;Mo.Co.V.were the lowest.Conclusion These trace elements are characteristics of curcuma Kwangsiensis S.G.Lee et C.F.ling and have some influences on clinical efficacs.
