Design and realization of protection communication and remote operation functions for centralized control systems of 500 kV unattended substations

摘要 论述了500 kV无人值班变电站监控系统与集中监控系统间保护信息传输实现独立通道的必要性和可行性,借助对IEC 60870-5-103保护信息传输规约的特定报文扩充,在集控系统实现面向保护对象的自动建模,实现保护定值区切换、软压板投退、保护告警复归等远方操作功能,总结了集控系统接入保护信息的生成和试验的主要步骤,并在华东电网两座500 kV变电站无人值班变电站站控系统和两套集控系统中成功试运行。 The necessity and feasibility of realizing independent channels for protection information transmission between the monitoring system and the centralized monitoring system of the 500 kV unattended substation are discussed. Through special packet expending of IEC 60870-5-103 protection information transmission protocol, the protection object oriented automatic modeling in the centralized control system is realized, as well as functions of protection setting scope shifting, soft strap switching, and protection alarm replacement. The method and process of connecting the protection information to the centralized control system are presented and are proved effective through practice.
