在旋转扫角式刮泥机的大修过程中,发现了刮泥机在制造中的一些缺陷,通过对中心轴-支点的技术改造,将原来的一点式接触改变成面接触,并对扫角臂作了改进,提高了整机运动的平稳性;减少了运动的阻力;提高了运行效率和安全,降低了能耗,取得了良好的效果。
In the overhaul process of the revolvable mud scraper machine with swept angles, many flaws have been discovered in its manufacture. The swept angle arms were improved and the original spot contact was changed to surface contact during the technological transformations to the central axis and the fulcrum. The balance of the entire machine movement was promoted and the movement resistance was reduced. The operating efficiency and security was enhanced and good effects were obtained.
