摘要
为观察国产格列喹酮治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效，选择４０例Ⅱ型糖尿病人进行治疗，另外２０名应用进口糖适平作对照。观察治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后２ｈ血糖、尿糖、ＧＨｂＡ１Ｃ等指标的变化，结果显示国产格列喹酮有肯定的疗效，与糖适平相近，且具有降血脂及降低尿蛋白的作用，适宜临床推广使用。
patients with non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus were randomly allocated to domestic gliquidone(n=40)and foreign gliquidone(n=20).From evaluation on their fasting blood glucose,2 hour fasted blood glucose,urinary glucose and GHbA 1C before and after treatment it is concluded that the domestic drug is as effective as the foreign one.Futhermore,the blood lipid and urinary protein can also reduced by domestic gliquidone.
