摘要
解偶联蛋白3(UCP3)是线粒体内膜上的质子载体,近年来的研究表明UCP3除与能量代谢有关,更与减少氧化损伤、脂肪酸代谢以及2型糖尿病密切相关,本文对此进行综述。
Uncoupling protein 3 (UCP3) is a mitochondrial carrier protein with highly selective expression in skeletal muscle. The recent studies showed that UCP3 was associated with reducing super oxygen damage, fatty acid metabolism and type 2 diabetes. In this review, the progress in researches on UCP3 function and relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus is summarized.
