摘要
在不同的供水温度和流量下对热管地板辐射供暖的特性进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:地板表面温度和散热量随供水温度的升高而明显增加,随流量的增加而略有增加;热管间距为300mm、供水温度为35-45℃、流量为0.1-0.3m^3/h的运行条件下,地板的散热量和表面温度基本可满足供暖房间的需要,供水温度比塑料管系统低4-6℃,管间距比塑料管系统大;地板的蓄热时间是预热时间的3倍左右,与塑料管系统相比具有升温快降温慢的优势;采用热管地板辐射供暖后室内空气竖向温度梯度较小.
Thermal performance of hermosyphon-embedded floor heating was investigated at different working conditions. Experimental results indicate that: surface temperature and heat transfer rate of floor increased evidently with the rising of supply water temperature, while they increased slightly with the rising of water flow rate; at the conditions that the distance of thermosyphons is 300 mm, which is greater than that of PPR pipe-embedded floor, the supply water temperature is 35--45 ℃ and the flow rate is 0.1-0.3 m^3/h, surface temperature of the floor is 4--6 ℃ higher than that of PPR pipe-embedded floor; the heat-lag time of the floor is about three times longer than its warm-up time, and the warm-up time of thermosyphon-embedded floor is shorter than that of PPR pipe-embedded floor at the same operating conditions; temperature gradient at the vertical direction in room with ther- mosyphon-embedded floor heating is fairly small.
