摘要
本文在田野作业的基础上,对黔东南民族传统医药的地位、作用、发展方向作了研究,并着重就其知识保护的现状作了分析、提出了相应的措施和建议。
The article discusses the station, function and orientation of Qiandongnan ethical traditional herbal medicine, analyses its actuality of intellectual property rights protection and brings forward countermeasure and suggestions on the base of field research.
