摘要
目的测定银屑病特异性转移因子(psoriatic transfer factor,PTF)的免疫活性。方法利用四氮唑盐-白细胞黏附抑制实验,分别测定PTF在不同浓度PTF或银屑病角蛋白下的黏附抑制指数及免疫特异性。结果PTF表现明显的白细胞黏附抑制作用,此作用与PTF,角蛋白浓度呈正相关,且具有抗原特异性。结论白细胞黏附抑制试验是体外评价PTF的免疫活性简单易行的方法。
OBJECTIVE Determination of Psoriatic Transfer Factor immunity activity. METHODS Methylthiazolyl Tetrazoliurn- Leucocyte Adherence Inhibition Assay（MTY-LAI） was applied to determine the LAI index and immunologic specificity of Psoriatic Transfer Factor （PTF） at different PTF concentration or different Psoriatic Keratinose concentration. RESULTS PTF showed apparent LAI action which showed a positive correlation with PTF or Psoriatic Keratinose concentration and antigenic specificity. CONCLUSION LAI assay was a simple, easy method for evaluation of immunity activity of PTF in vitro.
