摘要
近年来国内天然气业务快速发展,是油气行业最具成长性的业务之一。面对国内外经济、能源、环境保护和天然气发展的新形势,要实现天然气业务持续、有效、快速、协调发展,必须高度重视以下四个方面的问题:一是必须保证安全环保,要做到万无一失;二是要切实转变经济发展方式,实现有效发展;三是应加强天然气业务管理体系建设,规范管理;四是要统筹国内外资源,提高天然气供应综合保障能力。我国天然气业务发展正处于新的历史起点,面对良好的机遇和新的挑战,应从战略高度认真审视国内外宏观环境,准确把握天然气业务系统的关键环节,努力实现天然气业务持续、有效、快速、协调发展。
In recent years,natural gas business has developed so rapidly that it has become one of the most up-grown dealings in oil and gas industry.Through analysis on the new situation for the development of natural gas from many aspects including global economy,energy demand,environment protection,this paper pointed out that in order to keep natural gas business well on its sustained way,four points of issues should be highly concerned,i.e.,(1) safety and environment should be secured without any risk at all;(2) new economic increasing means should be adjusted accordingly in time;(3) business management system should be completed under standard regulations;(4) both the imported and the self-produced gas resource should be well planed to supply the energy demand.Natural gas business in China is coming to a new start where there is good chance and challenge waiting for it to progress on.This paper suggested that we should stand on the strategic point to scan the global economic environment and hold well each link of natural gas business so as to achieve in really fast development of natural gas business.
