由于GJV SiMo4.5-0.6蠕墨铸铁具有优异的抗热疲劳性能,因而在排气管上得以应用。通过蠕化工艺、孕育、检测等技术开发,该材质排气管在东风汽车有限公司商用车铸造二厂已稳定生产。
For its excellent resistance to thermal fatigue, GJV SiMo4.5-0.6 vermicular iron is an ideal material for exhaust manifold. Through improving the production technologies of smelting, inoculation, vermiculation processes, etc, now the castings can be produced steadily in No.2 Commercial Vehicle Foundry Plant, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd.
