摘要
利用微波辅助技术提取苍耳子中的苍耳子油,通过对不同溶剂、微波功率、微波作用时间以及料液比对微波辅助提取苍耳子油的影响进行单因素考察,以确定最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明:较佳的工艺条件为用无水乙醇提取,在微波功率为595 W条件下处理12 min,料液比为1∶10。与传统提取方法相比,该法提取时间短、提取效率高、并且提取的苍耳子油与传统方法提取的苍耳子油的成分无明显差异。
A new method of microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) is used to extract xanthium oil from Xanthium sibiricum Patr. Conditions including the kinds of solvents, the duration of microwave radiation and the ratio of material were studied. Optimum conditions of MAE of xanthium oil can be concluded that the ethanol is the best solvent in the experiment, the duration of microwave radiation is 12 min, and the solvent to material ratio is 10. The MAE saves a lot of time, but gives the high extraction rate, and has no influence on constituent of xanthium oil compared with traditional extraction method.
