摘要
描述了人工繁殖的花鲈胚胎的发育过程。花鲈的卵为圆球形、浮性,吸水膨胀后卵径为1.38-1.51mm:大多具1~2个油球,少数具3~4个油球。在温度为12.2-14.0℃、盐度为22‰的天然海水中,花鲈胚胎发育历时约86小时孵出仔鱼。胚胎发育分为5个阶段,共30个发育期。
The embryonic development of Lateolabrax japonicus is descritod in this paper. The eggs are spherical in shape . isolated and buoyant , measuring 1 . 3 8 - 1 . 51 mm in diameter. Most eggs have 1 - 2 oil globules and the few eggs have 3- 4 oil globules. The fertilized eggs are hatched out in about 86 hours in natural sea water with temperature and saliniiy of 12. 2 - 14. 0℃ and 2. 2% respectively. The embryonic development can be divided into 5 stages and 3 0 phases.
