摘要
目的:观察在青光眼小梁切除术中应用丝裂霉素C的疗效。方法:统计分析我院2002～2005年收治的68例青光眼患者术中应用丝裂霉素C的疗效。结果:术后随访3个月至24个月,68例患者中,60例存在功能性滤过泡,眼压维持在正常范围。结论:丝裂霉素C可提高小梁切除术后眼压控制率,提高手术成功率。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effects of the mitomyeine （MMC） in the trabeeular resection on treatment of glaucoma. Method： Sixty-eight eyes with glaucoma treated by trabeeular resection from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed and evaluated the effect of MMC. Result： After 3 -24 months follow up, 60/68 eyes were Ⅰ or Ⅱ type fiherbulbs, introeular pressure （lOP） were normal. Conclusion： The application of MMC can improve the control of IOP after the trabecular resection and thus the overall success of trabeeular resection for treatment of glaucoma is increases.
