摘要
聚焦伺服是整个伺服系统的基础,当盘片高速旋转时,由于振动或其他原因引起盘片的抖动,令盘片与光学头的距离产生变化从而影响聚焦伺服,对由于抖动引起的误差,在聚焦伺服环节对其进行了补偿,从而提高了聚焦伺服精确度和稳定度。数字滤波器IIR具有阶数低速度快的特点,适用于实时性系统,因此实验中使用了自主开发的基于芯片Ali5705的DVD实验平台,其利用IIR算法实现PID控制从而令伺服系统稳定工作,并且在该实验平台上对聚焦伺服进行测试,测试结果具有良好的伺服特性曲线。
While disk is vibrating,the distance variation between the optical pickup and the disk is introduced.The focus servo system is the base of the servo system.The control part is designed to compensate the focus error due to disk oscillation.The PID arithmetic based on IIR,which has lower order and faster,is used on the focus servo system based on the chip Ali 5705.And the test made on this system has a good result.
