摘要
在上海东海农场罗氏沼虾养殖污水水质状况考察与分析基础上,对亲虾池(淡水)和育苗池(海水)提出了适宜的水质要求,并且采用软性填料床缺氧-好氧生物脱氮(A/O)工艺进行净化处理.实验室和现场试验结果表明,在反硝化和硝化水力停留时间(HRT)各为4h时,该工艺具有良好的去碳、硝化和脱氮效果.经处理后出水NH4+N-N、NO-2-N、NO3--N和BOD5等污染指标远低于罗氏沼虾养殖的回用水质要求.
In this paper the water quality of the fish farming wastewater of Macrobrachium Rosenbergii for Shanghai Donghai Farm is investigated and analysed. On this basis the suitable reguirement of water quality of prawn hatchery (freshwater) and broodstock maturation (seawater) tanks is presented. Biological oxidation and reduction of organic matter and inorganic nitrogen are studied in an aquaculture unit equipped with an anaerobic and aerobic submerged trickling filter bed. The laboratory and on the spot experiments show that the efficiency exists when hydraulic retention time (HRT) of wastewater is four hours in the anaevobic and aerobic tanks. Ammonia (NH 4 +-N)、nitrite (NO 2 --N)、nitrate(NO 3 --N) and 5 day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5) of the effluent is far below the quality requirement level.
