摘要
教师是学校人力资源能力建设的主体,是实现学校跨越式发展,完成为国家培养大批合格人才的关键。开发教师人才资源能力,全面提升教师综合素质就必须深入研究并把握这一群体的个性特征,从塑造"能力人",强化"能本管理"入手,创新教师能力生成机制,构建教师能力发展条件,从而实现教师能力价值的最大化。
Teaching staff, the main body of the scholastic human resource capacity construction, is the key to achieve striding development for the school and to train a large number of qualified personnel for the country. To develop and raise the teachers' intellectual capacity and overall quality, it is required that we deeply study and grasp young teachers' individual character from the point of molding capable personnel and strengthening capacity -oriented management, innovate the formation mechanisms, create development conditions for the teacher's capacity so as to achieve its maximum value.
