摘要 中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.PNSH)是蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)的一种特殊类型,目前国内已报道的不足200例,其以特征性的CT表现和全脑血管造影阴性为特点,近年来已被认同为一种独立的疾病。
