摘要 首次用拉曼光谱研究了紫外光交联聚乙烯中结晶相、非晶相和中间相的质量分数以及光交联和结晶温度对交联聚乙烯结晶行为的影响。结果表明,光交联使得高密度聚乙烯的结晶度降低、中间相的含量增加,但光交联对低密度聚乙烯相结构的影响较小;交联聚乙烯的结晶行为与其结晶过程的热历史有关,结晶温度对它的影响远大于光交联的影响。 The mass fractions of the crystalline phase,interphase,and amorphous phase in the photo crosslinked polyethylene have been determined by Raman spectroscopy.The effects of both photo crosslinking and temperature on the recrystallization of polyethylene were also discussed.The results show that photo crosslinking can hinder the recrystallization of high-density polyethylene,in which the crystallinity decreases while the mass fraction of the interphase increase with the increase of the degree of crosslinking,however,it has little effect on the recrystallization of low-density polyethylene.On the other hand,the influence of crosslinking on the crystallization of crosslinked polyethylene is much less than that of temperature.
