摘要 卵泡发育和闭锁的调节是一个复杂的过程,包括内分泌因素、卵巢内调节因子及营养因素在控制卵母细胞的命运中的相互作用。目前关于卵泡培养已经建立了许多培养体系,有效的研究了各因素对卵泡生长发育的调控作用。随着对卵泡生长过程的深入研究,人们对生理调控因素以外的因素对卵泡生长发育的调控开始产生了兴趣,如维生素、氨基酸等营养因素对卵泡生长及卵巢功能的影响更是引起了人们的关注。 Regulation of follicular development and atresia is a complicated process, including the interaction of endocrine factors, ovarial regulatory factor and nutritional factors during the controlling of the ovocyte fate. At present, many cultivate systems have been established for the culture of follicle, which can be used to study the regulatory factors of many factors on follicular growth and development. With further research about the process of follicle growth, the other factors regulating the follicle except for the physiological regulatory factors is attracting the attention of people, especially some nutritional factors such as vitamine, amino acids and so on is attracting more attention about its effect on follicle growth and ovaries function.
