盐分和贮藏对胡杨种子萌发的影响 被引量:6

摘要 在室温下,研究贮藏时间和盐分对胡杨种子萌发以及恢复萌发的影响。结果表明,室温储存条件下胡杨种子的生活力下降较慢,在前4周胡杨种子的活力一直保持在90%以上,10-20周种子活力丧失。浓度低于0.2mol/L的NaCl溶液对萌发的影响不大;但从0.3mol/L起,萌发率随着浓度增高而降低,直至0.5mol/L时为零。且萌发率与盐浓度呈显著的负相关关系。将未萌发的种子转移至蒸馏水中后,萌发恢复率极低,表明NaCl处理后的种子永久地失去萌发力,盐分对胡杨种子萌发的抑制主要是离子毒害,而不是渗透效应。 Populus euphratica is the main ability declined slowly. More than 90% of seeds still maintained high germination percentage in the first four weeks,and most of the seeds lost viability in 10-20 weeks. The germination percentage and germination recovery percentage were examined to determine the effect of salt stress and storage time on germination. The results showed that concentrations below 0.2 mol/L NaC1 solution have little impact on the ger- mination. However, the germination rate decreased with the concentration increased from 0. 3 mol/L. When NaC1 concentrations exceed 0.5 mol/L, seed can not germinate any longer. And there was a strong negative relationship between germination percentage and salt concentrations. After five days, all non-ger-minated seeds were transferred to distilled water to observe the response of recovery. When removing the salt stress,the seed of Populus euphratica had still lower ability to germinate. It states that the seeds have lost ability to germinate permanently; the chief influence of high salinity is primarily ion toxicity, not osmotic.
