摘要
主要探讨了铁水预处理过程用BaO基脱磷剂对0.1%的含铌铁水进行去磷保铌的热力学问题。分析结果表明:BaO基脱磷剂是实现含铌铁水去磷保铌的最佳选择;铁水中碳含量越高,越有利于含铌铁水的去磷保铌;铁水中碳含量为4.0%、铌含量保持在0.1%时,与之相平衡的磷含量可降到10-6以下。
It is mainly discussed the thermodynamics in removing phosphorus and leaving niobium process in 0.1 percent niobium - bearing hot metal with BaO - base dephosphorization agent. It is showed from analysis that the agent is the best for that process; the higher the content of carbon in hot metal, the more favorable to the process ; the balance content of phosphorus can be down to less than 10^-6 when carbon is 4.0 percent and niobium 0.1 percent.
