摘要
近几年框架结构砌块墙体住宅搂由于漏水或冷桥作用,墙角出现霉变长毛的现象很普遍,处理这类问题非常棘手和麻烦,通过对比试验,在这一方面取得了宝贵的经验,收到了满意的效果。提出怎样区分两类问题,系统地总结阐述外墙漏水修补技术和内保温冷桥处理技术,这些技术应用可靠,方法简单易行。
