摘要
分析了螺杆转子数字化测量的技术,通过研究螺杆转子的结构特征和三坐标测量时的误差产生原因,采用路径逐步优化的测量方法。同时提出了测量数据处理方法,使三坐标测量更加精确,并通过测量实例验证了该方法的有效性。
Introduces the digitize measurement of screw rotors, under studying shape feature of the rotors and the causes of measurement error in CMM, adopts the optimum measurement gradually. The method for data processing is also proposed to make CMM more accurate, and it is proved effectiveness through a practical example.
