在线浓缩及流动注射分析法检测水样中Cr(Ⅵ) 被引量:2

摘要 提出浓缩柱在线富集水样中的痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的方法,应用ZJ-1a金属元素自动分析仪,采用流动注射分光光度法分析,以二苯碳酰二肼为显色剂,检测波长540nm。优化试验条件下,得到线性良好的工作曲线,线性范围0.2~8μg/L,检测限为0.122μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.53%,实测水样加标回收率为95.6%-100.0%。该方法不需要对样品进行其它预处理,操作简便、快速,灵敏度好,可实现在线检测。 A method is proposed for determining trace Cr(Ⅵ) in water by online preconcentration. ZJ- 1a automatic metal element analyzer was utilized in this experimentation. Cr(Ⅵ) can be determined with diphenyl carbazide as color developing reagent and 540 nm as wavelengh by Flow Injectionspectrophotometric analysis. Under the optimum conditions, work curve with good linear was obtained, the linear ranges were 0. 2-8 μg/L, the detection limit was 0. 122μg/L, and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.53%. This method was applied to analyze Cr(Ⅵ) in nature water, and the range of recovery percentages was between 95..6% and 100.0%. The characteristics of this method were simple, rapid, high sensitive and on-line without water sample pretreated.
