摘要
随着科学的发展和科学社会学学科的完善,默顿科学奖励制度研究的局限逐渐显露出来。归结起来表现在:适用于小科学而不适用于大科学;适用于作为一种追求的科学而不适用于作为一种职业的科学;适用于纯科学而不适用于产业科学;适用于科学精英而不适用于普通科研人员;适用于已经作出成果的科学家而不适用于具有潜力的科学家。
With the development of science and the improvement of sociology of science,the limits of Merton＇s research on reward of science increasingly appears. The limits have been concluded that Merton＇s research apply to little science but do not apply to big Science,apply to the science as one kind of purse but do not apply to the science being one kind of occupation, apply to pure science but do not apply to industrial science,apply to elites in science but do not apply to the average persons in science,apply to scientists who have already made achievements but do not apply to scientists who have potentiality.
