摘要
为了深入研究波形板内的液滴分离和二次携带现象的机理,优化波形板结构,针对波形板汽-水分离器展开了冷态实验分析.实验采用空气与雾化水混合而成的汽水混合物模拟湿蒸汽,分别对无钩、单钩和双钩这三种板型在不同速度下的分离效率进行了测量,并对实验数据进行多元线性回归分析,获得了可以指导设计的波形板分离效率的无量纲经验公式.实验表明:双钩波形板的分离效果最好;在入口流速较低时,提高流速有利于提高分离效率,但在流速超过临界破膜速度6.7 m/s后,二次携带现象明显,导致分离效率降低.
The experimental research of cold state operation of corrugated-plate separator was helpful for us to examine the mechanism of droplet deposition and entrainment thoroughly, and then improve the structure design. The mixture of air and atomized water was used in the experiment instead of steam-water, the separating efficiency of three kind of corrugated plates(without hook, with single hook, with double hook) were measured respectively under various inlet velocity, and the dimensionless formula for predicting the separating efficiency of corrugated plates separator was obtained. It was demonstrated that the corrugated plate with double hook outperform the others, the separating efficiency increased with increasing of inlet velocity when inlet velocity was low, but if inlet velocity was greater than 6.7 m/s, droplets entrainment was significant, resulting in decreasing of separating efficiency.
