摘要
针对厦门翔安隧道风化深槽的工程特征,对于不同开挖及支护方法进行了FLAC模拟;通过对比分析提出合理的开挖及支护方法;对全断面帷幕注浆及双侧壁导坑法开挖施工工艺作了介绍.分析结果表明,双侧壁导坑法使拱部、侧墙、底板的变形明显减小,整个隧道的受力也更加合理,没有产生集中应力较大区域.建议选择双侧壁导坑法开挖;采用全断面帷幕注浆进行预加固;双侧壁导坑法开挖过程中,应配合小导管注浆等其他辅助加固措施.
Based on the general situation and geology condition of the Xiamen Xiang' an sub-sea tunnel, the construction effects on different methods of excavation and pre-supporting were simulated by FLAC. The rational method of excavation and pre-supporting was proposed through analysis and comparison of the computed results. The construction technology of double-side pilot heading excavation method and full-section curtain grouting was introduced. The simulated results of the double-side pilot heading excavation method show that the deflections of arch crown, side walls, and bottom plate will be reduced obviously; the tunnel section will be forced in much more rational distribution; and there will not be large areas of stress concentration. The suggestions include; 1) to select the double-side pilot heading excavation method, 2) to adopt full-face curtain grouting for advanced consolidation, 3) and to apply grouting by small diameter steel tubes and other supplementary reinforced measures during the excavation.
