燃气涡轮机导片与转子叶片交互作用的非定常流场数值模拟

摘要 采用ICEM-CFD软件建构O-H网格系统,分别模拟两种不同的涡轮导片及转子叶片间隙在转动效应下流场结构。模拟的数据与实验值做比较后,发现本研究在涡轮导片及转子叶片流场预测上,已能有效预测流场的边界层流、分离流的发展以及导角叶片与转子叶片间的多震波的流场现象,另外亦能针对涡轮叶片压力总损失及轮机效率加以分析,为涡轮机的改进设计和优化提供了理论依据。 Applied ICEM/CFD grid generator to constructed the O-H grid system, the time-dependent, two-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations were solved by the control volume method to simulate two types of the unsteady flow structure induced by the turbine vanes and blades. Compared with previous experimental results show the reliability of the present adopted model. The flow fields including boundary layer flow, the development of separation flow, and the flow structure of multi-shock between the vanes and blades can be precisely predicted . The turbine efficiency can then be evaluated and provide theoretical references for the turbine design improvement and optimum.
