鲁布革水电站设计优化

摘要 鲁布革水电站经各方努力、支持,分获国家优秀工程勘察金奖和优秀工程设计金奖。其中采用砂页岩风化料代替掺合料做防渗体;优化坝基防渗处理设计;溢洪道边坡改用垂直边坡开挖;泄洪导流建筑物优化;引水隧洞衬砌断面的简化以及缩窄厂房跨度等设计优化措施,不仅使工程投资节约了4600万元。 The Lubuge Hydropower Station,under the efforts and support of various parties concerned,won the gold award of national excellent engineering investigation and gold award of national excellent engineering design.For the optimal design,the seepage control structure is made by weathered sandshale material instead of mixed material;the design of seepage control treatment at dam foundation has been optimized;vertical slope excavation has been adopted in spillway;flood relief and diversion structures have been optimized;the lined section of diversion tunnel has been simplified;the lining quantities of plain concrete have been increased and the span of power house has been shortened.All these optimal design works not only save 46 million RMB yuan of the project investment but also provide valuable experience for the hydropower construction in the future in China.
