摘要
师范生在即将毕业走向工作岗位之前,往往需要到中小学或者高等院校进行教学实践。师范生深入到不同学校进行教育实习的过程中常常遭遇到一系列的不适应。立足实习教师的视角探讨师范生职前教育目前尚存在的一些问题是探寻高师教育改革的有效途径。
Pedagology education was a special feature of some teaching practice before graduating for work. these normal college, pedagogical students should always do students might often felt a series of maladjustmēnt during they did teaching or researching at some schools. Based on the view of student teacher, analyzing the problems and strategies of pedagogical education was one of the effective ways for revolution of the higher education.
