摘要
辅导员队伍对帮助民办高校学生成才具有积极作用。根据目前我国民办高校学生的特点和辅导员队伍的现状,民办高校应从环境培育、组织建设、人才培养三个方面创建属于自己独特、成功的辅导员队伍培养体系。
Counselor teams have positive impacts on the development of students of private-owned colleges. According to the characteristics of the students and the situation of counselor, private-owned colleges should build his own private counselor team in terms of environment, structure and personnel development.
