摘要
Oracle数据库字符集是在创建数据库时设定的，在创建后通常不能更改。因此字符集的设定是个非常关键的问题，如果设置不当，Omcle在数据存储、数据迁移时，将会造成乱码现象和数据丢失。本文从字符集的基本概念入手，介绍了字符集配置及查询的方法，分析了字符集出现问题的原因，阐述了数据库字符集转换的具体方法和步骤，并提出了进行字符集转换的建议。
When a new database is created during the execution of the CREATE DATABASE statement, the Oracle database character set is established. And it usually can＇t be changed after the database has been created. Therefore, how to set up the Oracle database character set is very important. The improper setting will cause messy code ＆ data loss when saving or transferring data. This thesis starts with the character set basic concepts, introduces the methods of how to set up and consult character set, analyses the reasons for character set problems, elaborates the specific methods and steps for how to transfer data base character set, and raises the practical suggestions for how to transfer character set.
