摘要
目的探讨择期手术与急诊手术患者在入院到手术前需求的特点。并分析相应的护理措施。方法在对马斯洛需求理论和手术患者需求分析理论的研究基础上,自行设计问卷,将2006年4月～2006年5月收治入院的100例患者分为择期手术组和急诊手术组,进行调查并统计结果。结果两组患者的术前需求在疾病了解,渴望尽快手术解决痛苦,医护人员技术的高要求,治疗护理过程的了解上存在统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论择期手术患者与急诊手术患者在手术前对同种需求要求的程度不同,医护人员可以根据患者需求度提供优质服务,提高患者的满意度,增强患者对手术成功的信心,促使患者早日恢复健康。
Objective To explore the different needs of the patients undergoing selective operations and emergency operations from admission to pre-operation, and analyze the nursing interventions. Methods Base on the Maslow theory and the needs of patients undergoing operations, we designed the questionnaires to implement a survey among 100 patients admitted from April to May 2006. Result There were significant difference between the need for understanding the disease, the need for releasing operation pain, the need for medical staff＇s skill and the need for the process of treatment and nursing. Conclusion Medical staff may serve the patients with high quality to enhance the satisfaction from them and consolidate their confidence in successful operation and rehabilitation.
