摘要
通过对12例使用动静脉内瘘进行透析治疗的患者发生血管内瘘闭塞的原因进行回顾性分析，探讨血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘发生闭塞的原因及科学维护。
Retrospectively report the reason of obstruction in angel - internal fistula of 12 patients who were treated with dialysis by artery and venous internal fistula, to explore the reason of obstruction in self-artery and venous internal fistula and how to nurse it scientifically.
