摘要
本设计选定主功率电路拓扑为Boost变换器,工作在电感电流连续(CCM)模式,根据电源具体技术指标:.输入:单相交流165~265V,频率50Hz±5%;.输出:DC400V,负载在10%~100%间变化时,电压调整率小于5%,输出功率为5kW,允许过载率5%;.输出满载时,功率因数大于0.99,效率大于85%。在立足解决大功率BoostPFC变换器中存在的问题的基础上,设计主功率电路的各个参数。
The design selected for the main power circuit topology boost converters, working in continuous inductor currents mode (CCM). According to specific technical indicators of power source: .Input: single-phase AC 165-265V, frequency 50Hz ± 5%; . Output: DC40OV, load 10 % - 100% of change, the voltage adjustment rate of less than 5%, the output power of 5 kW, allowing a set rate of 5%; . Full output, power factor greater than 0.99, efficiency is more than 85%. Aiming at solving the problems in high power boost PFC converter, the parameters of main Dower circuit are designed.
