摘要
本文运用Hofstede的文化分类模型(culture dimension model)理论分析中美两国的文化差异,进而比较中国企业联想集团和美国企业IBM之间企业文化的差异,由此论述联想集团收购IBMPC业务文化融合存在的问题并试图探索解决问题的有效方法。
Based on Hofstede's culture dimension model theory, this paper analyzes the culture integrating problems caused by cross-culture acquisition between Lenovo and IBM PC department so as to explore the possible solutions to the prickly situation.
